Request account deletion
Crew is operated by NewKipp Software Solution. You can request deletion of your Crew account and associated personal data without signing in or reinstalling the app.
How to request deletion
- Email crew@newkipp.com with the subject Crew account deletion request.
- Include the email address used for Crew and your company or workspace name. Send from your registered email address if you still have access to it. Do not send your password, bank details or identity documents.
- Our support team will verify your identity, explain any records that must be retained, and process your verified request within 30 days. If you cannot access your registered email, contact the same address so we can arrange another verification method.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request directly to crew@newkipp.com. Opening this page or the email button does not submit a request; you must send the email.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete your Crew login account and associated profile information, and delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed. Deletion is not just account suspension or deactivation. Your access to Crew will end.
Employment records that may be retained
Your company may need to retain specific employment, payroll, tax, contribution or audit records to meet a legal obligation or resolve an existing dispute. Deleting your login does not automatically delete those company records or other employees' accounts.
Where retention is necessary, support will identify the data being kept, the reason and the applicable retention period when handling your request. Retention periods depend on the company, record type and applicable requirements; retained records must have restricted access and must not be kept indefinitely without a valid reason. They will be deleted or anonymized when that requirement ends.
You can contact Crew directly. You do not need your employer's permission simply to submit a deletion request. We may coordinate with the company responsible for employment records to determine its retention obligations.
Delete specific data without closing your account
You may email the same address to request deletion of specific personal data. Describe the information you want removed; the same identity verification and necessary retention checks apply.
